Must be licensed and experienced. Bookkeeping experience a plus. Competent with AppFolio Software, Social Media abilities to include YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Full-time position, handling all duties related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciling, data entry, and filing. Must be organized and proficient in QuickBooks and Excel.
Full-time position, coordinating and monitoring multiple renovations, from small repairs to full property makeovers, including the producing of weekly reports. Position includes preparation of scope of work, bidding jobs to contractors, tracking project progress, timelines and budgets, coordination of all vendors on a project through completion, punch-outs, material purchases and turning over a move-in ready project to the marketing team.
